The frying pan comes with
-1 gas burner
-1 565 litre frying pan (approx. 700 portions of 400 gr)
in cookware aluminium with non-stick surface   and wooden handle
-1 aluminium lid which can be moved up and down by means of a lever system.

Rental price
Day : 390,00 Euros excl. tax
Additional day : 290,00 Euros excl. tax
Chef assistant per day : 250.00 Euros excl. tax

Important
Cooking equipment rental is only available with a chef assistant who prepares the equipment, organises the delivery and the assembly.  He also takes care of any repairs to the burner, the cleaning and the loading.
All the equipment is under his responsibility; everything is covered under our insurance.


Rental conditions and payment
All our burners have a Butane / Propane gas connection, and come with a wooden paddle  + Teflon server.

Optional electric burner for all 1m-diameter models  

Optional gas bottle 13kg: 25.00 Euros excl. tax

Prices (excl. tax) are from La Clusaz, supplement for delivery
Deposit required (50% of total before tax) on ordering.
Balance due on reception of invoice.
